Dexterity ETF portfolio progress

Over the last fortnight the Dexterity portfolio has closed the gap between it and the leader of 30 indices from 1.0% to 0.6%.

Having nothing remarkable to say just now, about any of the components, I’m looking at an index of volatility much monitored around the world. The Chicago Board of Options Exchange produces a minute-by-minute chart. It goes all the way back to 1990. At the time of the Credit Crunch the index peaked at 79. Since then it’s been most of the time under 20. Right now it sits at 17. I interpret the message is big investors - pension funds - expect interest rates to remain very low for a long time, which renders the risk of equity investment worth taking.
